Windham-Tolland 4-H Camp strives to provide campers the opportunity to grow through –
- cultural experiences,
- outdoor summertime fun!
We offer campers the ability to choose their own activities, live with campers and staff from diverse backgrounds, and to try new things that might not be possible at home or school. We have a no electronics policy, which helps campers learn the importance of face-to-face conversations with their peers and adults.
Our 270 acres allows us to provide extensive outdoor learning through the 15 activities offered. Our younger campers start off in an introductory program helping them explore activities that are appropriate for their age. Most activities offer progressive lessons throughout the week, helping campers grow in skills and confidence.
Experienced, Caring Staff
Our camp staff is hand selected from around the world giving campers the ability to learn about other countries and states. Staff attend a rigorous 10-day training program which prepares them to help each camper have a positive experience at camp. Staff are trained in CPR/ First Aid and other necessary certifications provided by nationally recognized organizations.
We pride ourselves in keeping camp affordable for families while providing an outstanding summertime experience for each and every camper. We offer camperships for those who need financial assistance.
