Fundraising

Auction/Tag Sale - Held annually. 2-day sale on the 1st weekend of May. All volunteer help. Goods and services sought from local businesses and nearby attractions. Held yearly since 1955. Donations are tax deductible. There's a printer-ready copy with information about the auction/tag sale HERE.

Annual Letter Appeal – Letter campaign directed to Alumni for funding routineFireplace plaque maintenance, or current projects (such as roofs, cabin stairs, shutters, etc.)

Founders Memorial Circle of Bricks - Brick donates as memorials. Encircling our flag pole, bricks carved with campers’ names, club names, etc. and located around the flagpole in front of lodge. Includes names of original trustees, 4-H pledge and 4-H motto.

Camperships – Monies donated as a memorial or restricted towards specific group or town. Supporters to our camp can choose to donate money directly towards providing financial aid to potential campers. Often, money is donated as memorials or occasionally designated for campers from specific towns.

Endowment Fund – Set aside as a basis for permanent funding of the 4-H Foundation in perpetuity.

Memorial donations can be designated as camperships or towards capital improvement projects.
